The Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation has participated in the seminar "Local Decentralised Cooperation and 2030 Agenda ", which was held in Madrid on March 26 and 27, organized by the Union of Ibero-American Capital Cities (UCCI) and the United Nations Program for Development (UNDP), with the collaboration of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities (FEMP) and Madrid City Council.

The seminar, through different debate workshops, has served to evaluate and tackle the challenges faced by decentralised cooperation in order to localising 2030 Agenda, identify models for local governments and their networks that aim to localise, implement and monitoring 2030 Agenda in their territories and promote a space for discussion between different social sectors and public entities of all levels linked to the multilateral agenda.

The Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation, represented by members of Barcelona Provincial Council, ​​has participated in the workshop, contributing its experience and work around 2030 Agenda and decentralised public cooperation.
