The Observatory offers training courses in different modalities and formats, with the aim of offering specialized training to political and technical managers of local and regional governments in the formulation and execution of their cooperation programs and policies.

The face-to-face training approach is characterized by great flexibility, seeking to adapt to the training needs and interests of the participants and the reality of each geographical area.
