Training
The training activities of the Observatory, both face-to-face and online, aim to respond to an existing demand from local and regional authorities, in order to train and support these actors in the formulation and execution of their own decentralized cooperation and international action initiatives, in harmony with its local development projects. For this reason, training is not only considered as the delivery of a series of contents, but also as a place for meeting and exchange, through a methodology of work that is fundamentally practical and focused towards the interaction between the participants.
